Return policy

We will only accept returns if you receive the wrong product or a faulty motion/feature that we have stated on the product details.

You will need to provide us with detailed questions, including pictures and videos.
If you are already wearing or the watch protective film is torn, the return policy is not accepted. Please keep the watch in exactly the same condition as you received it.
You will have the opportunity to return your order within a maximum of 72 hours after it arrives.
Once approved, we will take immediate action to prepare your replacement.
Return the watches and decorations to the address we gave you and you should give us the tracking number. Please do not use large shipping companies such as DHL, EMS or fedex. Use regular registered postal services to avoid entry problems.
Once your tracking number is valid (traceable online), we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Refund policy

According to our payment processing procedures, the refund process will take up to 7 working days from your refund request.

We will choose one of these methods as our refund method and you will be required to provide your account information.
We may refund you in different ways and on different accounts. This is the best way to make the refund process faster.
We can negotiate a partial refund.
Refunds will apply for the following reasons:

There is no change of return form for either factory stock or our own stock.
The product you ordered is out of stock or out of stock, and you do not want to choose any other product.
Your package was impounded by customs according to our proposed mode of transport, we can refund or send you a new package for discussion. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
